em1nation

     em1nation is a car club formed by a group of people who are enthusiastic about classic Japanese cars. Their club activity included restoring old cars, sharing repairing technique, and selling Japanese car parts. The club founder Ivan approached me to create a digital illustration to use on promotional items for his clubs. He wanted to include a classic Honda car as the core of this illustration, the elements to empathize the authenticity of their parts, and an American color palette. I created a type to emulate the Japanese language, used a sun to represent Japan, and traditional art style using red, white, and blue.
